Description
Jatin pursued his legal education abroad in Australia at Bond University in 2020. He graduated from Bond University in 2022 and subsequently obtained his National Committee on Accreditation certificate in 2023. During his time in Law School, Jatin participated in the prestigious David Strangio Moot in his first semester of law school, finishing as a semi-finalist in his first moot competition. Jatin also participated in the CLSA’s NHL Arbitration competition, where he finished as a finalist.

Jatin is currently an Associate here at LinQ Law. Jatin’s practice focusses on Criminal Defence and Real Estate.

Jatin has appeared before the Alberta Court of Justice and the Alberta Court of Kings Bench on various family, criminal, civil, and traffic matters. He has trial experience before both the Alberta Court of Justice and the Alberta Court of King’s Bench. Jatin has also appeared on SafeRoads Alberta Matters, RTDRS Tenancy Dispute Hearings, and Civil Mediation with the Alberta Court of Justice.

Outside the office, Jatin enjoys playing ice and ball hockey, golfing, and travelling.
