Description
David is a partner in BLG’s Corporate and Capital Markets Group in Ottawa. He specializes in M&A and corporate finance transactional work and advises a wide range of clients, including private companies, publicly traded companies, entrepreneurs, start-ups, private equity funds, and investors. In addition, David assists clients with corporate formation, reorganizations, corporate governance matters, reviewing and drafting of commercial agreements, and shareholder disputes. He is a member of BLG’s U.S. Steering Committee and regularly advises U.S. and other foreign clients in connection with their Canadian business operations, including formation and structuring, acquisitions, financings, and general commercial and operational matters.

David is recognized in the 2023 edition of Lexpert Special Edition: Technology and Health Sciences, and in the 2023 edition of The Canadian Legal Lexpert® Directory for Corporate Mid-Market, Corporate Commercial Law, and Mergers & Acquisitions.
