Description
I have been a partner at the Toronto law firm of Beard Winter LLP since 1991. My practise includes a wide variety of commercial litigation, including real estate, mortgages, other secured transactions, banking, construction, professional negligence, corporate, and insolvency. I have an interest in helping to reform the excessive regulation of the civil justice system, which is producing extreme delay and cost for litigants.  On June 10, 2015, I am co-chairing the OBA end of term dinner at the OBA. Regional Senior Justice Morawetz of the Superior Court  will be speaking about these issues at that time. I hope to see you there!
