Seth represents national and international insurance clients and self-insured companies on insurance defence litigation matters. In addition to handling motor vehicle accident claims, no-fault (accident benefits) claims, and non-auto personal injury claims, Seth has expertise in host liability claims, commercial general liability (CGL) claims, property claims, product liability claims and subrogated claims. Appearing at all levels of court including the Superior Court of Justice (jury and non-jury trials), the Court of Appeal, SLASTO/ADR (arbitrations) and WSIAT (applications), his practical approach to the law and strong advocacy skills ensures that clients obtain results that meet their company’s objectives.
