Description
Darcy Legros is the Chief Legal Talent Officer at Bennett Jones LLP. Darcy works to advance all aspects of professional development and the engagement of professionals within Bennett Jones by organizing, implementing and managing firm-wide professional development initiatives in addition to managing specific programs on a regional basis. Darcy is also responsible for all aspects of the Toronto associate program including performance management, career development, workload allocation and mentoring. Darcy manages the recruitment of law students for our Vancouver Office as well as all aspects of the Vancouver Student Program and also participates in law student recruitment for the Toronto Office as a member of the Student Recruitment Committee.

Prior to her current role, Darcy maintained a general corporate commercial practice advising clients on a broad range of matters including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, new business start-ups and corporate reorganizations.
