Danielle Mousseau is an Edmonton-based lawyer with a civil litigation practice, primarily focusing in the areas of insurance law and health law.
Danielle’s insurance practice includes matters involving coverage, defense and subrogated actions for property and injury matters under automobile, property and commercial general liability policies. In her health law practice, she defends professional and institutional liability claims. Danielle is a strong advocate for her clients and has represented clients before the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta and the Provincial Court of Alberta.

Danielle was called to the Alberta Bar in 2019 and the Northwest Territories in 2020.

Danielle enjoys travelling and spending time in the mountains.
