Description
Dalkeith is the Managing Partner at Prouse, Dash & Crouch LLP, and practices commercial litigation with an emphasis on complex contractual matters, bankruptcy and insolvency, shareholders dispute resolution, and debt recovery. He also represents both employers and employees in employment related matters.

Dalkeith takes a practical and creative approach toward dispute resolution in an effort to obtain the best results for his clients. He is mindful of the cost of litigation and, accordingly, he strives to get results in the least time possible.

Dalkeith has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario.

When he is not practicing law, Dalkeith enjoys writing, travel, most outdoor sports, and music.
