Christine’s practice focuses on financing and insolvency transactions. She represents lenders and borrowers in domestic, cross-border and international financing transactions. This includes:

bilateral and syndicated loans
acquisition financing
project financing
asset-based lending
real estate and condominium financing
She also acts for creditors, debtors, court officers and other stakeholders in restructuring and insolvency matters.
