Caroline Morin

Caroline is a director in M&A and a tax lawer working for PWC Law LLP. Her experience includes strategic advice on deals matters, tax structuring of cross-border acquisitions, tax financing, tax structuring of partnerships and joint ventures for private and public companies. Prior to joining PwC, Caroline held positions with Enbridge and Spectra energy, working with senior executives to structure Canadian cross-border transactions and defend past transactions with the tax authorities. Caroline graduated from Montreal University in 1996 with an LLB Certificate and holds a Masters in Tax and Administration from the University of Sherbrooke. Caroline was called to the Quebec Bar Association in 1997 and was admitted to the BC Law Society in 2021.
