With 18 years of experience in the legal industry, Belinda Raposo helps clients in all aspects of corporate law, including incorporations, amendments, continuances, amalgamations, rollovers, corporate due diligence, extra-provincial registrations and business name registrations. She has experience with tax reorganizations and transactions, mergers and acquisitions and corporate proceedings under the Ontario and Federal legislation for private, public and foreign corporations and limited partnerships.

Belinda is involved in firm Continuing Legal Education (CLE), including mentoring of junior law clerks and articling students.
