Description
Arturo Pugliese is a Partner in the Real Estate Practice Group and Co-Chair of the Franchise Law Practice Group at WeirFoulds LLP. His practice focuses on real estate transactions, particularly in the areas of purchase and sale, financing and commercial leasing.

Arturo’s commercial real estate practice encompasses various industries and client types, including foreign investors interested in adding Canadian real estate to their investment portfolios.

Additionally, Arturo regularly advises both national and individual landlords and tenants, in a broad range of property types and areas associated with commercial leasing. Combined with his significant experience in franchise law, he provides tailored real estate advice to franchisors and franchisees.

Prior to joining WeirFoulds, Arturo was a Partner at a law firm focused on business and public law in Canada, with offices throughout Ontario and satellite offices in New York. In this role, Arturo helped clients build a sustainable legal framework to help them grow and reach their business objectives, providing counsel to a wide range of clients.
