Andrew has been a partner with the law firm of Gorman Nason since 2015. He comes from a strong business background with significant ties to the construction industry and is well versed in a wide array of litigation and transactional work.

As a very active member of the business community, Andrew has acted for public and private corporations, banks and individuals in complex and diverse transactions and has acted for some of the Province’s largest real estate developers and landlords on a wide array of matters. Andrew also has a significant corporate commercial practice where his primary areas are succession planning, corporate finance, business immigration, mergers and acquisitions and wealth preservation.
