Experience in the management of the defence of large litigation cases. Significant administrative law experience including advising professional regulatory bodies on administrative, discipline and registration issues. Other areas experience include: Privacy and Access law, Workers’ Compensation, Professional Negligence, Not-for-Profit Corporate Governance issues. Past Chair of CBA National Privacy and Access Law Section. Former Editor in Chief of Federated Press’ Journal of Insurance Law. Past Chair of Board of Directors CBA New Brunswick. Former Member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Bar Insurance Association (Lawyers Financial), Cox and Palmer Diversity and Inclusion Committee Member.
