I am a sole practitioner with 25+ years of experience in the Family and Wills and Estates areas.   I am also a Notary Public, and prepare Wills and Powers of Attorney, as well as advise and assiste in Estate Administration.  I prepare Marriage and Cohabitation Agreements, and provide representation and advice in collaborative (see www.collaborativepracticeottawa.ca), negotiated or mediated Separations and Divorces.
