Elizabeth K. Ackman practices insurance and commercial litigation, with a focus on insurance coverage opinions, coverage disputes, and professional indemnity defence. Frequently representing architects and engineers on large projects, she is trusted by insurers in the Lloyd’s market to handle complex defence matters. Elizabeth also advises excess insurers on large claims, including project policy issues. She has appeared before both the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. Beyond her insurance practice, Elizabeth represents corporate clients in a wide range of commercial litigation matters.
