Description
Ron Fairbloom is a partner in the Real Estate group at Dentons. Ron’s legal practice involves all aspects of real estate acquisition, condominium/subdivision law, financing, and sales, with a particular emphasis on land development. He has assisted developers in registering numerous condominium and subdivision plans in Ontario.

In his practice, Ron assists clients with all aspects of low- and high-rise residential, mixed use, commercial, office and industrial, condominium, and freehold development. This includes acquisition of the development lands, drafting condominium disclosure documents, assisting with construction financing and excess condominium deposit insurance, registering condominium and subdivision plans, completing the occupancy and final closings, and transferring the ownership of the condominium to the individual unit owner.

Ron has also acted on behalf of a number of institutional and private lenders with secured acquisition and construction financing.
