With a particular focus on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital markets and private equity-related matters, Jeffrey regularly represents industry-leading clients, including banks, private capital firms, pension funds, and major corporations. Jeffrey previously served as Chair of Stikeman Elliott and the Executive Committee, where he oversaw the strategic direction, management and client service for the Firm, as well as Managing Partner of the Toronto office.

Background
Jeffrey served as a Director of the Canadian Association of Income Funds, DayTrippers Children’s Charity, Environmental Defence Canada, Eva’s Initiatives, Junior Achievement Canada, JACS and Temple Sinai Congregation of Toronto as well as various other private and not-for-profit entities.
In 2012, Jeffrey was awarded the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal for dedicated service to his peers, the community and to Canada.
