For over 30 years Marie has been helping families resolve their issues upon separation. Marie is head of the family law department and has practiced as a family law litigator and negotiator. Marie specializes in all areas of family law including but not limited to complex property matters, complex decision making and parenting time issues and spousal and child support.

Marie is a partner and the head of the family law department and has practiced as a family law litigator and negotiator for over 30 years. She specializes in all areas of family law including but not limited to complex property matters, complex decision making and parenting time issues and spousal and child support. Due to her vast experience and expertise Marie is able to produce an outcome in the most efficient and cost effective way which is her goal for her clients.

Marie is sensitive to her client’s needs and is well known for her compassion and understanding during this difficult time in their lives in addition to her ability to get the best results possible. Marie truly connects with her clients and can quickly assess what is the best route for her client whether it is negotiating an agreement or litigation.

Marie is very dedicated to her profession, access to justice and the community. For many years she has been the Family Responsibility Office’s primary and senior agent for London and Area. She freely gives her time to the community, formerly as a board member with Madame Vanier Services, and more recently as a Dispute Resolution Officer hearing case conferences on motions to change at family court. She is frequently a speaker at Family Law Conferences.

Marie is well respected amongst her peers and the judiciary. She is sought out by clients due to her reputation and her successes.
