Advising employers on termination, wrongful dismissal, restrictive covenants, human rights complaints, and employment standards
Reviewing and drafting employment agreements, workplace policies, termination letters, and commercial transaction matters
Advising on labour relations matters, including certifications, voluntary recognitions, revocations, and unfair labour practice complaints.
Professional History
Previously, Gurjot clerked at the Federal Court. His duties included:

Researched and drafted legal memoranda for aboriginal, intellectual property, environmental, immigration and refugee law
Assisted in proofreading and writing Court decisions
Attended judicial review, summary judgment, and trial hearings.

Gurjot is fluent in Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu.
