Orieji practices corporate commercial law with expertise in energy projects, energy purchase and sale transactions, acquisitions and divestitures.

Professional history
Orieji worked as an associate at one of Nigeria’s largest law firms, and previously articled at an internationally recognized law firm in Calgary. Orieji joined Parkland Corporation as in-house legal counsel where she was responsible for provision of legal services to Parkland’s corporate real estate, commercial, retail and wholesale teams.

Community involvement
Orieji provides pro bono legal services through Pro Bono Law Alberta and mentors internationally trained lawyers.
