Anna is an experienced commercial litigator who has provided practical and candid advice to clients for nearly 20 years.

Anna has extensive experience in resolving disputes involving real property and commercial leases, shareholder rights and remedies, partnership disputes, and corporate governance disputes. Anna also assists clients with enforcement and collection of judgments of all types, originating both in BC and outside Canada. Anna works with a varied clientele, ranging from private and public companies in various industries, to individual entrepreneurs, to institutional clients. She has a particular interest in real estate litigation and has expertise in resolving the multitude of issues that arise in the relationships involving developers, buyers and sellers, and landlords and tenants.
