Since 2019, Eden Wright has provided paralegal support to the Wills, Estates + Trusts Group. Eden works closely with these lawyers sharing her great insight into legal trends, changes in legislation and court rules.

Eden drafts wills and personal planning documents, prepares applications for grants of representation, assists with applications for adult guardianship and trusteeship, probate, and assists with every other aspect the Wills, Estates + Trusts Group needs.

Her background in journalism helps her write clearly and succinctly, which is especially useful when setting out unusual circumstances relating to estate administration and preparing estate planning documents tailored to each client’s unique needs and situation. Eden is highly organized with a keen eye for detail, which is perfect for complex estate matters.

As Eden is always looking to keep her knowledge up to date, she regularly attends LESA seminars and other continuing education programs. She also enjoys working with trust companies and building relationships with other professionals in the field.
