Description
Chloe Carr is a member of the Insurance Litigation group at Beard Winter LLP, where she previously articled. She maintains a broad insurance practice.

Chloe earned her Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she was heavily involved in advocacy work. She gained valuable experience as a student caseworker at Parkdale and West Toronto Legal Services, where she successfully represented clients before administrative tribunals such as the Social Benefits Tribunal and the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board. Chloe also participated in several advocacy competitions, earning the “Best Opening Address” award at the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association Cup.

Prior to law school, Chloe graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Queen’s University.

In her spare time, Chloe enjoys sailing, travelling and tending to her plants.
