Charles (Charlie) is a member of the Corporate/Commercial Group at Beard Winter LLP. Prior to his call to the Bar in 2020, he summered and articled with the firm.

Charlie’s practice focuses on a variety of corporate matters including M&A transactions, corporate reorganizations, commercial contracts, debtor/creditor and secured transactions, corporate governance, and employment law.

In his spare time, Charlie enjoys playing golf and spending time up north in the summer.
