I practice Canadian citizenship and immigration law exclusively.My practice encompasses a variety of immigration matters, including: business visitor entry, labour market impact assessments, employer compliance reviews, work permits, study permits, visitor records, temporary resident visas, temporary resident permits, criminal rehabilitation, permanent residence and citizenship. I have experience offering strategic legal advice and assistance to large multinationals, small businesses, start-ups and individuals to facilitate both short and long term employment of skilled foreign workers (and secure valid legal status documents for their accompanying spouses and dependent children) in a wide range of sectors, including, technology, engineering, construction, manufacturing, academic, healthcare, financial services, tourism, food and beverage, and the transition of those individuals to permanent residence and citizenship. As an immigrant to Canada, I have first-hand experience with many of the applications that I now handle for my clients and can personally relate to the challenges involved in navigating the ever-changing landscape of Canadian citizenship and immigration law. I am a Past Chair of the Ontario Bar Association’s Citizenship and Immigration Executive.
