Description
Zoë is an associate lawyer in the firm’s Edmonton office whose practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, real estate and general solicitor’s work.

Zoë’s practice focuses on transactional matters and corporate reorganizations, which include business purchases and sales, new business incorporations and lending and securities work. She leverages both her MBA and law degree to assist and build relationships with both large and small business owners, routinely helping them navigate any issues that arise in their day-to-day operations.

Zoë was called to the Alberta Bar in 2023 and earned her JD from the University of Alberta in 2022. She completed the combined JD/MBA program, earning her Master of Business Administration in 2021 and, prior to that, her Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Alberta.
