Description
Bill is a skilled advocate dedicated to finding solutions to difficult problems. Experienced in all forms of dispute resolution, he is tenacious in his pursuit of his clients’ objectives.

Bill is a member of the firm’s Litigation Group. His practice is focused on general civil litigation with an emphasis on the resolution of disputes involving corporate, commercial, real estate, franchise and municipal law issues through litigation, arbitration, mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.

Bill represents individuals, public companies, private corporations, partnerships and municipal corporations. Bill appears as counsel on motions, applications and trials on the Commercial List and in the Superior Court of Justice, and as counsel on motions for leave to appeal and appeals in the Divisional Court and before the Court of Appeal.
