Wendy’s practice focuses on medico-legal litigation, crisis management and sexual assault.

Wendy defends hospitals and their employees in medical negligence claims with a focus on brain injuries and civil sexual assault. Wendy also provides advice to a variety of healthcare organizations on risk management, multi-patient lookbacks and crisis management.

Wendy represents clients at all levels of the Ontario courts, tribunals, arbitrations and coroner’s inquests.
