Description
Vince’s practice focuses on commercial real estate law, with an emphasis on renewable energy, seniors housing and transit infrastructure. He regularly acts for private equity funds, REITs, institutional lenders, developers and government organizations on a wide range of matters, including large single-asset or portfolio acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, project finance, construction and development, secured lending and leasing. He also advises on the real estate components of large-scale M&A transactions and securities law matters.
