Véronique Malka brought the practice of Canadian Immigration out of Canada and into the U.S.A. in 2005 when she founded the Canadian Law Group. She is a licenced Barrister & Solicitor in Ontario since 1995, a Foreign Legal Consultant in New Jersey since 2006, and a Legal Consultant in New York since 2018. She has been practicing Canadian immigration for over 25 years. The practice services corporate clients who send employees back and forth of the border regularly, as well as individuals in the USA and beyond seeking entry to Canada.  Veronique also represents clients in matters of Abductions under the Hague Convention, and other international business transactions.It is noteworthy that Veronique has international human rights law experience which she recently applied through a Secondment with Irwin Cotler, former Justice Minister of Canada, as Executive Director of the Raoul Wallenberg Centre for Human Rights, in Montreal.
