Description
Valerie is an associate in Fasken Martineau’s Business Law section. Her practice focuses on private commercial transactions as well as mergers and acquisitions. After completing her MBA at Queen’s University with a specialization in entrepreneurship and innovation, Valerie won the Noranda Sales Corporation / William G. Deeks award for highest standing in elective business strategy courses. Valerie was also president of the Queen’s MBA Toastmasters Club and a member of the Women in Leadership Club. Valerie has experience analyzing companies for investment funding and previously acted as a judge for TieQuest, an international business venture competition for North American startups. Valerie leverages her background in strategy and innovation to provide exceptional insight into her clients’ circumstances and potential.
