TJ Gogna was called to the bar in 2005 and joined Diamond and Diamond as an associate in January 2018. Prior to joining the plaintiff’s bar, TJ worked as an insurance defense litigation lawyer for a number years at a prominent Toronto law firm.

TJ completed his undergraduate studies at York University. While at York, he was awarded the 2000 Faculty of Arts Essay Prize and graduated as a member of the Dean’s Honour Roll. He obtained his law degree at Ottawa University with honours. He then went on to attain a diploma from the National Institute for Trial Advocacy following completion of an intensive legal advocacy skills training course.

In addition to maintaining a busy practice, TJ continues to be active within the legal community. TJ is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the On-tario Trials Lawyers Association and the Advocates’ Society. TJ has also had his work published in The Litigator and featured in The Precedent – both of which are monthly legal publications. He is also a founding member of Lawyers Can’t Jump. This is an organization dedicated to raising money for different charities in the community including Sick Kids Hospital, Make-A-Wish Foundation, CAMH and Kids N’ Hoops.

TJ has also been certified by Osgoode Law School in Entertainment Law.
