Stephanie’s practice focuses on corporate law, with an emphasis on debt finance, M&A and private equity. She has acted for both lenders and borrowers on domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including syndicated and bilateral transactions, acquisition financings and asset-based lending. Stephanie also has experience in both public and private M&A transactions and has acted for acquiring and target companies.
