Stephanie is a partner at Martha McCarthy & Company LLP. Her practice covers all areas of family law, where she represents clients in mediation and arbitration proceedings, and at all levels of court in Ontario. Stephanie also acts as a family law mediator and arbitrator. She has practiced exclusively in family law since her call to the Ontario bar in 2008.
Stephanie represents children in family law matters as a member of the panel for the Ontario Government’s Office of the Children’s Lawyer, and is committed to resolving family law disputes in a manner that supports the best possible outcomes for children and their families.
