Description
Stephanie Desjardins is an associate at Tereposky & DeRose LLP. She represents clients in international trade and investment matters, including anti-dumping and countervailing duty proceedings, WTO and investor-state dispute settlement, customs matters, economic sanctions, government procurement and trade agreement implementation. Stephanie has represented clients in procurement matters before the Federal Court of Appeal and in alternative dispute resolution proceedings. She also advises and consults on the interpretation and application of trade and investment treaties. Prior to joining Tereposky & DeRose, she articled at the Canadian International Trade Tribunal. Stephanie recently clerked for the Honourable Marianne Rivoalen at the Federal Court of Appeal. Stephanie assists clients in both English and French.
