Sophie MacRae is engaged in a broad corporate/commercial practice. She works with both for-profit and not-for-profit entities, and has a primary focus on the health care sector.

Sophie is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School. Prior to law school, Sophie obtained an Honours Bachelor of Arts from Queen’s University. During law school, Sophie completed an internship in the legal department of the Sinai Health System.

Sophie summered and articled with the firm. As a summer student, Sophie was seconded to Pro Bono Law Ontario. Sophie has also recently gained valuable experience, spending over a year working as in-house legal counsel at a large Toronto hospital.
