Shannon was born and raised in Whistler and completed her Bachelor of Management degree at UBC’s Okanagan campus, where she then worked for a local business for several years in Finance and Human Resources. Shannon received her Juris Doctor degree with distinction from the University of Alberta, during which she competed in two national moots and volunteered with the Edmonton Community Legal Centre. As a lawyer at Winright Law, Shannon is able to take on both litigation and solicitor’s work. Shannon is excited to be back in Vancouver and outside of work, enjoys exploring restaurants and coffee shops and going for walks along the seawall.
