With a focus on private equity, Shannon represents fund sponsors on all aspects of the fund formation and capital raising process, as well as public pension plans and other institutional investors in connection with their investments in private investment funds. Co-head of Torys’ Private Equity Funds practice, Shannon’s broad experience extends to private equity funds, fund-of-funds, hedge funds and venture capital funds.
