Description
Shanna is a litigation lawyer with the firm’s Vancouver office.

Shanna frequently represents clients in complex commercial disputes, including partnership and shareholder disputes, constitutional litigation and class actions. She also acts for clients in regulatory enforcement proceedings, including matters before the B.C. Securities Commission.

Shanna began her career in criminal defence, where she gained extensive courtroom experience and developed a strong foundation in advocacy and procedural fairness. She applies this background throughout her civil litigation practice, particularly in matters involving complex procedural or evidentiary issues.
