Description
Seema Sidhu is building a practice as part of the Competition, Antitrust & Foreign Investment Group. She advises clients on a wide array of regulatory matters, including those related to mergers, foreign investment, antitrust compliance and competition litigation.

During her legal studies, Seema served as Co-Chair of the South Asian Law Students’ Association. She completed a Pro Bono Students’ Canada Placement with the Canadian Centre to End Human Trafficking and placed first in Canadian national rounds at the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot.

Seema holds a JD from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Queen’s University. Seema summered and articled at McMillan prior to returning to the firm as an associate.
