Description
Sarah Macchione is a partner in a business law group at Goodmans. Her practice is transaction based, involving all aspects of securities and corporate law, with a particular emphasis on debt and equity financings and mergers and acquisitions. Sarah also assists companies with their corporate governance and continuous disclosure obligations.
Sarah completed the combined J.D./M.B.A. program at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law and the Rotman School of Management, where she was the recipient of the Gerald W. Schwartz Silver Medal.
