Sarah’s practice focuses on corporate law with an emphasis on investment funds. She regularly advises fund sponsors on the establishment, offering and administration of investment funds that invest in all kinds of asset classes such as private equity, debt, real estate, and infrastructure. She has experience in conducting due diligence for pension funds and other institutional investors prior to their subscription to investment funds and negotiating side letters on their behalf. Sarah is fluent in French and proficient in German.
