Description
Sabrina Lau is developing a broad corporate law practice, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and commercial agreements. She has experience representing clients in various types of transactions, including domestic and cross-border share and asset acquisitions, amalgamations and reorganizations, as well as drafting a variety of commercial agreements. Sabrina was called to the Ontario Bar in 2022 after summering and articling at Miller Thomson.

Throughout her academic career, Sabrina was actively involved in the school community and volunteered at non-profit organizations.

Sabrina is a proud member of the Law Society of Ontario.
