Description
Sabrina’s practice consists of advising on securities and business law matters.

She works with both public and private issuers in the natural resource, cannabis, renewable energy, and technology sectors, in respect of their ongoing general corporate and securities law matters, including public offerings and private placements. Sabrina also works on a variety of corporate transactions such as plans of arrangements, share and asset deals, and mergers and acquisitions.

Before joining Foglers as an associate, Sabrina summered and articled with the firm.

In her spare time, Sabrina loves experimenting in the kitchen, exploring new restaurants and cafes, reading poetry and meditating, and discovering new music.
