Description
Rosemarie Gelntis has over 10 years experience as an intellectual property and trademarks law clerk. She focuses on trademarks and assists in all aspects of trademark prosecution in Canada, including assessing the registrability of trademarks, the filing and prosecution of applications to register trademarks and assists in opposition and expungement proceedings. Rosemarie collaborates regularly with counsel in the U.S. and in other jurisdictions to co-ordinate trademark protection for clients in Canada and internationally.

Rosemarie also assists with conducting intellectual property due diligence searches and preparing and filing copyright applications.
