Rochelle is a Partner in the firm’s Corporate/Commercial Group and a member of the Startups & Emerging Companies Group. Her practice primarily focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, franchise, venture capital and corporate finance. Rochelle advises clients across a variety of sectors, with an emphasis on technology, cannabis, alcohol and gaming, franchise, health professionals and commercial real estate.

Rochelle is affiliated with, and acts as a mentor for, various tech startups and incubators in Toronto and Waterloo, Ontario.
