Description
Robyn’s practice focuses on health and senior living and housing law. She acts as counsel for hospitals and their staff, retirement communities and long-term care homes in matters such as:

crisis and risk management
statutory interpretation and compliance
administrative and regulatory matters
privacy, disclosure and management of patient/resident complaints
policy development and implementation
residential tenancy disputes
bylaw revision and interpretation
consent and capacity issues
She manages complex medical malpractice actions on behalf of hospitals.

A portion of her practice is also devoted to representing regulated healthcare providers such as dentists, nurses, social workers, etc., before their respective Colleges in the course of responding to complaints made against them and in the review of decisions before the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board.
