Rob McNeillie is a dedicated family law advocate who brings a strategic, results-focused, and client-first approach to every case. With experience spanning parenting disputes, child and spousal support, property division, and high-conflict litigation, Rob is known for delivering practical legal solutions while guiding his clients through emotionally charged situations with empathy and integrity.

Rob has successfully represented clients before the Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court of Justice, and Divisional Court. He is especially effective in complex and disclosure-intensive files, where one party seeks to obscure financial obligations. His clients benefit from his ability to cut through the noise, identify core issues, and build a focused litigation or negotiation strategy tailored to their needs.

Before founding McNeillie Law, Rob gained valuable experience at respected family law firms in Toronto and built an independent legal practice rooted in service excellence and procedural fairness. His academic credentials include a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Osgoode Hall Law School, a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Stirling in Scotland, and an Honours B.A. in Law and Psychology from Carleton University.

Rob also has a strong background in business and entrepreneurship, giving him a practical understanding of the financial realities many clients face during separation and divorce.
