Description
Riley is an associate lawyer in the firm’s Calgary office.

Riley maintains a broad corporate/commercial practice, with a focus on banking and commercial lending transactions and the financial services industry. She has also assisted clients with mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance matters, incorporations and drafting and advising on corporate and commercial agreements.

Riley obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa in 2023. Prior to entering law school, she completed a Bachelor of Arts with distinction in sociology with minors in political studies and psychology at the University of Alberta – Augustana faculty.
