A highly regarded lawyer in the Vancouver emerging technology space, Riley advises investors, entrepreneurs and private companies in all lifecycle stages on a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions; venture capital and private equity financings; recapitalizations; joint ventures and strategic alliances.

He also provides guidance on a wide range of general corporate issues, including incorporation, equity incentives, shareholder agreements and dispute resolution.
